Here we are ! our new website Beaune Sweet Home is online, this one is here to show you, step by step, our wonderfull Burgundy.

When you will be coming around, you will find, castles, winecellars, old churchs, nice little villages with known names like Meursault, Pommard… and marvellous landscapes.

But first, let’s start with a bit of history…

In 1443, the Chancellor of the Duke of Burgundy decided to found a hospital, a « palace of the poor . Its architecture, inspired by the Flesmish models, is organised around a spectacular courtyard. Marvel at its wooden-panelled gallery, its turrets and bright roofs.

The multi- coloured roof of the Hospices de Beaune (Hôtel Dieu) is the very symbol of Burgundy.

The Hôtel Dieu runs a wine-producing estate of more than 60 hectares.
